TD5Y High temperature centrifuge is designed for the determination of water and sediment in crude oil (centrifugal method). It meets the requirements of GB/T6533-86 standard and determines the water and sediment in crude oil by centrifugal separation method. It is an ideal equipment for measuring the water content of the produced fluid (water-bearing crude oil) in the process of oil production in the petroleum exploitation industry and petroleum scientific research units.

Features

1. Adopting microcomputer processor for precise control, the 5-inch high-definition LCD touch screen simultaneously displays the rotor number, speed, time, temperature, centrifugal force, acceleration and deceleration rate, and fault information.
2. Adopting ring heater, automatic temperature control, fast heating speed, and uniform temperature.
3. The centrifuge tube is made of special technology, and the glass centrifuge tube will not break during operation. Automatic sensing electric door lock, emergency unlocking function, reduce the labor intensity of operators.
4. Overspeed, overtemperature automatic protection, unbalance protection, stainless steel centrifugal chamber, three-layer protection, safe and reliable, easy to use
