Aoda JMLD150 Grain seed wheat flour dough Extensograph

The dough Extensograph uses sensors to measure the dough stretching force load. The data acquisition module and software complete data acquisition, processing and automatic analysis, and draw the stretching curve in real time. The analysis curve and test results can be printed as needed, historical data can be viewed, and multiple test results can be compared. The whole machine has a compact structure, a high degree of automation, and is easy to operate, safe, and maintain.

The dough Extensograph complies with the relevant requirements of GB/T14615-2019 and ISO 5530-1:1997 and other test methods.

Features

1. The whole detection process is computer-prompted, data is automatically processed, and the operation is simple;
2. The high-performance and high-precision weighing sensor is used to measure the stretch resistance of the dough to ensure high reliability;
3. The test results can be exported in data format for statistical analysis;
