Aoda Wheat flour quality analysis double-head Gluten meter

MJ-IIIA double-headed gluten meter consists of three independent instruments: a double-headed gluten washing instrument, an MJZ-type gluten index measuring instrument, and a drying instrument. A special instrument used to measure the wet (dry) gluten content, gluten quality (gluten index) and gluten moisture retention rate in flour. It is especially suitable for users with large sample quantities.
