Aoda 150L 10KW Single door Horizontal Pulsating vacuum steam sterilizer

WS series pulsating vacuum steam sterilizer is a device that uses saturated steam to sterilize items. The structure of the sterilizer is circular, and the steam supply method is self-contained steam generator and external steam. The door of the sterilizer is single-door, the jacket design is jacketed, the main material is stainless steel or carbon steel, and the control method is microcomputer control; it consists of a sterilization chamber, jacket, shell, door, steam generator, pipeline system, control system, touch screen and power supply system.
This sterilizer is Class B,suitable for clinical institutions to sterilize medical devices, dressings, glassware, solution culture medium, etc. by steam method.

 

Characteristics:

1. The sterilization process is automatically controlled by a microcomputer, no supervision is required, and it is easy to use.
2. It has three or more pulsating vacuums, which is suitable for various packaged, unpackaged, hollow and porous instruments with internal pipes.
3. It has a deep drying function to achieve the drying effect of sterilized items.
4. It has a printing function, and the printer can record the entire sterilization process.
5. It has a Bowie & Dick test function for steam penetration detection. Automatic fault detection is convenient for self-maintenance.

7. Safety interlocking device; When the door is not closed tightly, steam cannot enter the inner body and an alarm is issued. When the pressure in the sterilization chamber is greater than 0.027MPa, the door is interlocked and cannot be opened.
8. Overpressure protection; When the pressure exceeds the working pressure, the safety valve automatically releases pressure for protection.
9. Low water level protection device; It cannot be started if the water does not reach the high water level, and it automatically cuts off the power when there is a lack of water at the low water level.
10. Overcurrent protection; when the current is overloaded, the power circuit breaker automatically cuts off the power supply.
11. The sterilization chamber is made of high-quality stainless steel.
12. The sterilizer is equipped with a program function, which automatically discharges the air and condensed water in the sterilizer during the sterilization process, so that the sterilization temperature in the sterilization chamber tends to be balanced.
13. Equipped with a device to maintain steam pressure, the pressure control is set within the range of 0.05-0.22MPa, and the corresponding temperature is 110-134ºC. Select the working temperature and pressure through the adjustment button on the control panel.
