NDJ-1C 2M Mpa·s 300ºC High temperature rotational brookfield viscometer
Brookfield viscometer is a rotational viscometer used to measure the viscosity of fluids. The instrument is driven by a motor, which drives the rotor to rotate at a constant speed in the liquid through speed change. When the rotor rotates in the liquid, the liquid will generate a viscous torque acting on the rotor. This torque is detected by the sensor and after computer processing, the viscosity of the measured liquid can be obtained.
NDJ-1C Brookfield viscometer, high temperature viscometer can measure the dynamic viscosity of hot melt adhesive, asphalt, paraffin and other high temperature molten materials.
Application
Rotational viscometers are used in coatings, daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, petroleum industry, inks, electronics industry (solder paste, silver paste), composite materials (resins and molding), lubricants, adhesives, asphalt, ceramics, textiles, blood, water-coal slurry, and others (chemicals, biology, papermaking, glass, gelatin, thickeners), etc.

1. The level bubble is placed in front, and you can adjust the level while sitting, which is very convenient.
2. It has a timed measurement function. Most of the samples we measure are typical non-Newtonian liquids. Their viscosity is related to temperature and shear rate as well as the length of the measurement time. In order to make the measured data comparable, the measurement time must be consistent.
3. The display accuracy of the measured data is two decimal places.
4. The measured data is directly displayed on the LCD screen without secondary calculation;
5. Using the small sample adapter, the amount of sample required for the test is very small, usually only 15-20ml;
6. Temperature control range: room temperature plus 10ºC-250ºC (optional 300ºC heating furnace)
7. The viscometer is equipped with an RS232 interface, which can be directly connected to a micro printer
