The box-type resistance furnace for measuring ash and glass fiber content adopts domestic advanced technology. The furnace shell is made of high-quality steel plate through folding welding, and the control box and the furnace body are an integrated structure.
The inner furnace lining is a rectangular integral furnace lining made of high-aluminum and silicon carbide refractory materials.
The spiral heating element made of iron-nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy wire is passed through the wire grooves on the upper, lower, left and right of the inner furnace lining.

After setting the temperature, the instrument automatically controls the heating output, and the temperature control is accurate and stable.
Over-temperature alarm and automatic cutting off of heating output.
It has the function of starting timing or starting timing at constant temperature after reaching the set temperature.
