The fully automatic Laboratory Glassware Washing machine, is suitable for cleaning and drying various types of containers such as injection bottles, test tubes, beakers, pipettes, triangular bottles, volumetric flasks, etc. in laboratories such as pharmaceutical companies, disease control systems, research institutes, environmental protection, water systems, hospitals, petrochemical systems, and power systems.

Structural characteristics
1. The shell, cleaning pipeline, cleaning chamber, cleaning rack, etc. are all made of high-quality stainless steel materials (SUS304 or SUS316L) and sanitary grade pipe fittings and valves, which comply with pharmaceutical grade standards.
2. The cleaning rack is automatically sealed and connected to the water and air inside the cleaning chamber wall, ensuring minimal water and air pressure loss throughout the entire cleaning process and ensuring effective cleaning.
3. Each layer of cleaning rack is designed with independent parallel water supply to ensure consistent cleaning effect of the double-layer cleaning rack, avoiding water pressure imbalance and cleanliness inconsistency between the two layers of cleaning racks caused by water entering the top single pipeline.
4. Two water source inlet design, controlled by electromagnetic valves.
5. Independent drainage pump, combined with drainage pipeline water seal design, to prevent sewage backflow.
6. Anti overflow design with overflow protection function. If too much water enters the cleaning chamber, it will be automatically discharged and the program will stop executing.
7. Integrated design of the whole machine, capable of independent installation; The bottom casters of the instrument are designed for easy mobility.
8. High quality flame-retardant insulation board and insulation cotton reduce heat consumption during heating, shorten cleaning time, and lower power consumption.
9. The upper and lower layers of the cleaning rack are universal, which improves the utilization rate of the cleaning rack and reduces the user's usage cost.
Operation control
1. The PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control system is stable and reliable, with a color LCD screen and a tilt angle design that conforms to ergonomic principles. It is easy to operate and provides a better user experience.
2. The "black box" function, with built-in data storage, records the cleaning status of each step throughout the process. The system has self diagnostic function and fault information prompt function.
3. The parameters such as cleaning temperature, time, and cleaning solution dosage can be set by oneself.
4. Configurable USB interface, RS232 interface for exporting and saving data (optional)
5. Configurable micro printer for printing and cleaning data (optional).
6. Configurable cleaning cleanliness online monitoring function (optional).
Security protection function
1. Equipped with electronic safety door locks and mechanical safety devices, the instrument automatically locks during operation to prevent accidental door opening and avoid hot steam injuries. If opening the door is required, the program must be paused or exited before opening.
2. Over temperature protection, the instrument has functions of water heating and water pump overheating protection.
3. Overflow protection, with water leakage detection devices such as drip trays installed at the bottom of the instrument.
4. The instrument sink is equipped with a filter to ensure the cleanliness of the cleaning water and protect the cleaning vessels and internal components of the instrument.
5. The inlet solenoid valve is equipped with a polymer material filter to prevent impurities from entering the cleaning pipeline.
6. Cleaning agent shortage reminder function, timely reminding users to add cleaning agent.
7. The electrical control system is equipped with overload, short circuit, overcurrent, and leakage protection functions
